I was able to get in and out within 30 minutes. The check in and out process was smooth. The office staff was efficient and friendly. The doctor was professional and kind.

Dropped a heavy container on my hand . Dr Goldman said nothing was broke but sending it to a radiologist. It’s painful but this was good news .

I needed some relief from my rash. Probably poison ivy. I was able to pick my time and I was even seen early. Everyone was very nice and pleasant.  Care was very good.

There was only 1 person ahead of me. I waited 55 minutes to be taken back. The person before me was checked in, seen and left at least 20 minutes prior. I understand the staff is new and training but that is unacceptable. It took the receptionist 45 mins to even check me in and have me pay my copay. Then she forgot to mark me as ready. I waited even longer until she noticed me. Very unprofessional and incompetent.

I was able to see the Dr. in a very short waiting time. He was very compassionate and understanding and answered all my questions and did not rush me. I was very impressed with how much time he took explaining what needed to be done and didn’t push me into making a decision.

The best urgent care I have ever been to! The staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.  😊 It was extremely clean and our entire visit only took 30 minutes without an appointment and a new patient! Highly recommended!🦋

I have been to this urgent care quite a few times & the experience has always been a good one!  All staff members are professional, knowledgeable and caring and the complete process has never been longer than 45 minutes, max!!

I truly appreciate Dr Ali, he’s a good person who cares with a very good bedside manner.  I like the nurse as well.  The care provided was very good.  The one issue I have an it’s important for the care team to consider.  The check in process online is fine, I prefer it but they need to do something about the stand in the lobby.  I woke up today with pinkeye from my visit as the person before me and after both had pinkeye.  Unless they have the ability to clean the machine then parents will continue to pass those things to each other.  I had to do Teledoc today to get pink eye drops.  You never want to be treated for one thing and pick up something else.  The cleaning process for the check in needs a major thought Process around it.
