Woke up this morning with a really bad reaction to a bug bite. Used Solv to book an appointment and was seen within 30 minutes after making my appointment. Staff was super friendly and the doctor was great!

The checkin process took longer than the appointment for an urgent care, it took 25 min to complete check in.  The nurse practitioner I saw was very nice and appropriately addressed my daughter’s needs.  Everyone was nice but I felt the urgency to get her in was a little lacking.

Always amazing. Thank you all so much. I feel safe knowing yall are in the neighborhood. <3

My son had a severe sore throat, swelling and not feeling well so I took him and they got him right in and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The medical assistant was very great and the Dr was amazing and explained everything and answered all of our questions beyond expectations. I will be taking my children here for any of there urgent care needs. I Highly recommend Advanced Urgent Care.

I have a history of chronic urinary tract infections. I scheduled my appointment on solv app this morning without difficulty. When I got to the office my wait time was 5 minutes or less. I did have a UTI. The doctor gave me a great tip in how to try to prevent them so frequently - not just drinking plain water but mixing it with an electrolyte solution and drink it on a daily basis. He told me my urine should not be clear, means I am drinking too much water: my urine should be a light yellow color. He said if I do this, I should be able to reduce the frequency of the urinary tract infections to maybe once or twice a year instead of monthly. No one ever told me this before so I am going to try it. I definitely recommend Advance Urgent care and all of their providers. I think I have seen a provider there at least once, and I am very happy with care I received a long with educational information to help me improve my health. I have been going to Advance Urgent care for years and I highly recommend them!

Everyone at the South Lyon office made our visit a good one.

Always get the best care for my children. We visit Advanced urgent care more than pediatrician due to sickness becoming symptomatic after school in the evening hours. Everything single time we got accurate diagnosis and immediate treatment. Stuff is pleasant and caring. I don’t have a single complaint about many experiences we had with advanced urgent care.

Brought my daughter in with a sore throat and was seen within 10 minutes. Dr. Encino was excellent and very thorough in explaining everything he was doing. He answered all of our questions before we left.   Will definitely recommend!

Every time I have been to Advance Urgent Care I was taken care of very professionally and always had the proper prescriptions sent to my pharmacy. They are just great and caring people. ❤️ I would recommend anyone to go there.
