I had to wait 30 minutes just to get tested for Covid even after I scheduled an appointment I was told that I had to wait because I was supposed to see a doctor via the web that never happened the text message never was sent to me. So I had to walk in the facility to check in so that they knew that I was there. And then I got tested. I didn’t leave this location until 1:15 PM. And my schedule time was 1230 very frustrating.

Went twice for 2 different problems. Zero care paperwork on leaving both times. It was literally wham bam thank you man. Both times! 2nd visit no gauze to stop bleeding after treatment. What a mess. I'm gonna have to pull my drivers seat to clean. 3 years ago went to another location for exact problem. Huge difference in care between the two. The worst part is I have to go fix this again tomorrow. Since tomorrow is Sunday. I'm gonna just suffer another day! Called them in advance around noon and asked if the Doctors would be their. She started laughing at me! In my condition. Not cool! Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

I wait for over and hour and a half. Then they took someone that came in after me. Then when I saw the nurse practitioner she act like it was no big deal that I don’t feel good. I was really not happy at all.
