Thoroughly examined me to determine my illness. A chest xray was needed and warranted to determine my pneumonia. The staff was attentive, kind, thoughtful and efficient. The faculties clean and comfortable. Getting an appointment through the online service was easy. I have walked-in here before and never waited too long.. like an hour tops. But with appointments, you get seen much sooner.  Top notch urgent care facility and staff.

A course of action was at the heart of my consultation and that was achieved. All interactions with staff and doctor were professional and cordial. I would recommended this provider

My main issue was the quality of care. The person who took my temperature, etc, was great but the woman who was actually there to examine me spent probably less than 3 minutes in the room with me. Didn’t seem to be listening to my concerns, didn’t ask me any questions, and didn’t even take the time to look at one of the concerns I had listed. Didn’t say what she thought I had.

The ladies at the staff was very kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely return here. It had private parking and is easy to locate on the street. Thank you lovelies!

This is an excellent urgent care. I’ve come here a few times and I’ve always been seen quickly. The staff is kind and efficient. My medical needs were well taken care of. I would highly recommend this medical facility to everyone.

Came due to a sore throat and cough. Physician said i had a viral infection aka cold. Prescribed a couple syrup and i asked if it was compatible with my Rasagiline and she said yes. When I went to cvs they filled a prescription for a syrup DM. This is NOT compatible with Rasagiline. This feels nothing like a cold. Totally unimpressed with the visit resolution

Made an appointment with location. I was in at the appointment time and out in about 15 minutes. Staff is very friendly and good at what they do.

The black lady who came to see me was extremely rude and did not want to help or listen to me. I was not satisfied and will not come again

VERY POOR experience. First, despite making an appt., I was in the office over two hrs. Second, the information and help were brief/non-existent and even detrimental. Two weeks after my appt. at Advanced I went to an Urgent Care facility in Honolulu where I received excellent care - such a difference from Advanced! There I was told that the sling that I received at Advanced should be "thrown away" as it was hindering healing. In Honolulu I was given written diagnoses, written instructions for pain relief, a prescription, exercises, etc. In Pasadena I was given a sling and nothing else.
