I will start from Reception. Alizamarie helped me Saturday at last min of her day. And today together w Jasmine checked me in and made easy and fun. Dr JessicaTaddeo awesome. Thank you for listening and explaining everything to me. You rock. Marvi you gave me two injections w/ absolutely no pain. Thanks Thank you to all. Also the ones I could not get their names. Awesome job

Did you ever enter into a Dr’s office or ER and been welcomed with kindness all the way from reception to exit? Well this Urgent Care is a Plus Happy receptionists ,very nice nurse,knowledgeable APRN Someone that also you can ask questions opinions and explanations? First time for me here. I had a knee issue. They all were rooting for me to make me feel better Love to mention the ones that are good at what they do.! You never know how you are touching the patient’s soul on top of the physical healing Thank you Dr Jessica Tadeo,Thank you Marvi for injections so well done thank you girls at reception. Not an easy job to be in contact with us. There was also a lady that took me to room very kind Keep it this way people. We need great services in this troubled times Cristian Earl

Went today before 5:00 pm and they did not want to take more patients even though it say that they close at 8:00pm. The person asked me if I can wait 3 to four hours and when I said yes, she said give a minute, and then came with a paper with different places marking in yellow one far away from home!!!

No Customer service here. The staff was not caring, I will not visit any facility run by AdventHealth in the future. This is my second bad experience with an Advent Health facility. As a religious owned healthcare business, I did not get any compassion, empathy or care for us customers. I was there for a simple test and I waited over 90 minutes for a 15 minute procedure in an almost empty waiting room, watching others come in and get seen. No respect for my time and no explanation for the delay unless you ask. Then they tell you that you will be attended to in a few minutes to keep you thinking you will be next. I wonder if my wait time was way too long because my situation was deemed not urgent enough? I have been to another urgent care center for the same procedure and it was quick and simple.

I was taken back by the speed in which everything got done. Normally at other places the whole process takes forever. I would have to say Caitlyn impressed me the most. She was friendly and extremely helpful. Great place. I will be coming back

I am for waiting and respecting but when the staff is not very considerate and especially the new “ front desk lady” they have she just have the attitude from Hell! If you aren’t capable of handling multiple patients all at once, please resign. I willll neverrrr take my kids back there! Horrible staff

There is a front desk employee short, skinny, darkskin she is so inapropriate. Always speaks with a nasty attitude. And when you try to speak with her about a matter she brushes you off and cuts you off. She should not be greeting any patients if shes alway going to treat them with lack of respect. She just makes me not want to come back for any service, even if the nurses and Doctors are so nice and atentive with the patiens. She was working there on 1/09/19 around 6 P.M.
