My First time in advent health centra care! I LOVED IT! The front desk ladies were amazing very compassionate! ITwas empty and is nice clean office access to water anytime you want! I was seeing for sinus infection. Very quick doctor Caijin Rain was very down to earth and professional! I highly recommend them!

This is always my first choice to go when I can’t get to a dr the care that I received from Jennifer Navarro,Juan C Santiago, and Teri Hines were remarkable from the time I walked in the door until the time I left it was all positive the front staff were also kind and patient. The Dr’s explained everything about what was wrong. I so appreciate this place I will recommend mu friend’s to come here ,😊

Do not bring your children here ! Sean the PA misdiagnosed my child ! Gave them all my child’s symptoms just for him to be dismissive and have horrible beside manors for him to only dx my child with the common cold! Turns out he had scarlet fever and strep throat ! The place is old and dirty looking and his staff was so dry ! Horrible !

Staff was rude, insulting and needs more staff training. Unable to communicate properly. Disregard for compassion, and disrespectful. I will never go to this place again and I suggest no one go to this location.

I walked in and was seen within 20 minutes. The care was excellent. Sherry, Amara and Karen were excellent. Did a Covid test never hurt. All very friendly and professional. Loved the experience and use them whenever I need to be seen quickly, they are the best. Five stars for sure!

Karen and Krysta from Longwood Centra Care were so helpful, nice, and they tested me very efficiently, gently, and fast. They helped us when we asked questions and were some of the best nurses I have ever met. It is really refreshing to come across such wonderful and professional people to help in these tough times. Wonderful nurses and great people.

Without a doubt the best and fastest service ever received at any urgent care facility. Had been exposed to Covid-19 and came in for a test. From the time I walked in the door to receiving the test took lest than 10 minutes. With results was gone in a total time of less than 30 minutes. Karen and Amara were awesome!!!!
