Just horrible! Do not go here!

So today I had appointment at 3/21/22 at 9:00am the Receptionist informed me the wait time would be longer because they had a nurse call out. No problem things happens. I understood that. So after waiting for awhile. A white Female comes iin there she had appointment at 10:15 also asking how long the wait would be. They informed her that They were short in the wait time would be longer than normal at about 30 minutes of waiting she goes up too the desk and Complains and The manager take her to the back ahead of me bumping me down to put her in a room. white privilege! I Immediately go to the counter and ask the manager why did he do that? he said it wasn’t done on purpose Which was a Complete lie, discrimination and unfair. He never apologize the young lady beside him who wasn’t even a manager apologize for him. Several times. Because I could tell she knew that was wrong. I told him he literally just Discriminated against me and that was Unacceptable and would not be tolerated I also will be contacting corporate office. this was the manager in Olvido centra care on red bug road. I didn’t get his name but I will be calling back so I can email The corporate office. This because the Mission is To extend on the healing ministry. Not White privileges!

Gotta say this is the best Centra care by far! The staff all were caring !! Manager was cleaning front dest very attentive to my needs !! The doctor was awesome..The place was clean they were very organized.They all made you feel like a person not just a number..With all that is going on in the world i suggest you go here!! This is not the closest one to me but i will always drive the extra mile..Thanks Heroes!!

Very disappointed, I felt I waste my time to go to a medical facility & left not knowing what was wrong with me 😩 Go somewhere else ,better service & a caring doctor. I give a D- Rating, I noticed alot of bad reviews for Oviedo

I have come to this location for years. I am a huge fan of Dr. Lindburgh - one of the most kind and caring humans I’ve ever encountered. But after today and my interaction with Alex who called himself “administration”, I will not be back. I came in yesterday and was told they were full for the day but to come back at 6:30am and wait in line and I’d be seen. I got here at 6:30. Alex came out and told myself and 4 others that they were at “capacity” When asked exactly how many people put them at capacity, he told me he did not have to tell me that information. Uh okay. When I asked Alex how this was, since my husband had walked into this same location at 3pm and was told he would have to wait, but he’d be seen today, and was seen after 5 hours of waiting. How can someone show up at 6:30am and not make capacity, but someone at 3pm can? Alex told me he and his staff weren’t getting to go home till 2am - which is clearly a lie. My husband was seen just before closing time and the door was locked behind him at he left at their usual closing time of 8pm. Alex told me my husband must be a first responder - he is, we both are. And that he must have been fast tracked due to being in uniform. He was not in uniform. At this point, Alex was clearly not willing to discuss with me any longer and fluttered his hand my face as he told me to do more research. Thanks to Alex, I will never patronize Advent Health again. His disgusting behavior and lack of care made me aware that he does not care about patients. If he’s the “administrator” i have no interest in supporting. I will miss the great front staff and Dr. Lindburgh greatly. They all deserve someone better than Alex.

Great Facility Awesome Staff. Dr. Lindberg is very nice and a extremely positive person. That's a great quality for a person having to deal with people who are not exactly having their best day.

I made an appointment online, got there 10 minutes early, updates a form and saw Dr Lindberg within minutes. She’s got a great bedside manner, I filled a prescription there and was out the door in 15 minutes flat. Can’t beat that! High praise.

They were all very rude. One of the nurses was extremely rude. They don’t listen to their patients. And I could hear them all talking crap about me while I was waiting for my test results to come back. They were making jokes....not professional.
