The Urgent Care side of the facility is horrible. The wait time is always ridiculous If you have a appointment expect to be called back 2 to 3 hrs. After your apt Everytime I have ever been here this happens. It is a nightmare! The primary care physician I see also when I have an apt On the primary care side the time for an apt. I am always called back in a very reasonable time No problem. The urgent care side you make an apt. So you dont have to wait unless of course there is something going on extremely urgent but there never is. If there is no one in the waiting room you will still wait 2 plus hrs. To see the Dr. This is a true story. The night my dad died. I was there getting a script I knew I would need when he passed away. I told them all that was going on they told me to come I wouldn't have to wait and they would get me out immediately so I could get back to my dad. My dad died while I was waiting to be seen. I lost it in the waiting room I was so upset i ran out of the building after waiting from 6 to after 8 pm to get the script. A girl came running out after me and said please come back in and the dr Will see you i came back in because i was so upset and didn't think i could drive. I still had to wait. A nightmare.

Don’t bother with an appointment time. It means nothing. 3 hour wait and they won’t update you or warn you of the wait.

I had cut my heel at work. They took me in the back immediately. Dr Felix was wonderful and he explained all that he needed to do. I had 8 stitches.i followed up with Dr Williams and Dr Buck. All the Drs and nurses were wonderful.

I got there at 1130, 30 minutes early, it is now1:52 pm and still haven’t entered the back yet. I even had an appointment for 12:20pm. My advise if you have to use an urgent care avoid this one you will be waiting as long as the ER. There was a couple that was there at 10:15am and walked in at or about 1pm. My wife has been back there for 20 mins and still no doctor. Can’t rate the others categories because I can even see the doctor yet. I hope I am not waiting my time. Hours of waiting. They should call you and let you know when you have 15 minutes. I’ve been using Florida hospital and centracare for years. But after today I will use another hospital and urgent care for my health. I am a veteran of 20 years and never experienced this much wait time in all my years. I will also spread the word about my experience. Be smart and avoid unless you are retired and have all the time in the world.
