What patients are saying...

I had a pneumonia type cough for over 2 weeks and a fever for the first 3 days of the 2 week period..I quarantined for ten days and had a negative Covid test from the cheap kits the government provides. They told me to exit the building immediately and didn' t offer a Covid test. Just a doctor's call who asked My symptoms and simply ignored my shortness of breath, wheezing when I took a breath, coughing profusely when laying down, and tightness in my chest. Her solution was the cheapest medication for a cough (as in a cold) not for symptoms of bronchitis or pneumonia. Needed antibiotics and was given next to nothing. She said if after a week the symptoms continue then She might prescribe something for pneumonia. I could have ended up in the hospital on a respirator and don't think She would care less. Just get patients in and out as quick as possible and the people at both primary care and urgent care are heartless, uncaring, and rude people.

Great experience! Everyone was kind, helpful and competent..receptionist, nurse (who also had a great sense of humor), NP and xray tech. Glad I ignored the bad reviews and went anyway...no complaints at all. My new go-to urgent care facility

Worst experience last night . I was 10 minutes late to my appointment, not only was the woman at the front desk cutting me off and being rude , but they already took back their next appointment because their grace period for being late is 10 minutes. Which I met the mark. But was turned away even after being in the er the past 2 nights.

I went in to urgent care with massive pain and Kidney problems and Jeremiah the nurse practitioner blew me off leaving me suffering and scared that my kidneys are failing, he didn't care about my pain and blamed me for my regular Dr Mo in the same clinic being sick half the week, I'm scared and alone feeling like Adventist health doesn't give a crap about us patient's. I don't deserve what's happening and I'm very disappointed with your crappy Dr's lack of caring for patients.
