Unfriendly and cold attitudes from start to finish Its a shame because I drive out of my way to come to this location because of the friendliness, professionalism, and how they always demonstrate caring expertise that I usually cwm trust. This was a follow-up visit to a visit that I had the other day. The first time my eye was not even examined.It was just looked at from across the room, and I was prescribed eye drops. The second time my eye was looked at briefly, but I was still misdiagnosed and given the wrong prescription for my issue. I was referred to go across the street to an eye doctor. I was told to get blood work done and I had additional blood work done by this location and they were going to review those labs, but when I asked the woman working, there would not even look at my lab results and discuss anything because they were not done through them. But even with the lab work that was ordered by their office, she would not go over those results or answer questions, she would only say they were fine. I had another issue and something painful on my temple, that I needed to have looked at, and I was curious about if it had to do with my eye and that was not even discussed, and I was just rushed out the door and that was that. So I basically paid for 2 visits and was prescribed to incorrect prescriptions for my problem. And I am still dealing with the issue, and I still have questions that were unanswered. In the future, I will be more cautious about recommending this location and I will call and see who is working that day that I need to go, because I will not be treated this way again by these people. I have always had a pleasant experience at this location. Even when I have had to go right before the office closes, they have treated me better and taken more time and care with my issues. This time it was in the mid-afternoon and they had no other patients in the office. Everyone seemed to have some sort of attitude the entire time and I I did not feel welcome from the front desk to everyone who encountered during my visit.

Went to the clinic in excruciating pain due to kidney stones. Waited less than 5 minutes and was seen in the next 5 minutes. Great service from everyone and very empathetic staff. How can I give them 6 stars ??

I went on a Sunday morning. The entire staff were very nice and helpful. My family also goes here.  Such a nice addition to the neighborhood. I would recommend this facility.

The front desk person had a negative attitude. She could not figure out how to charge my insurance and wanted to charge me $50. I had to ask my husband to call our insurance company while my toddler was running around the office. Luckily the insurance representative called the office, walked her through the process, and I was charged the correct amount. This delayed care for over half an hour.

The staff is totally unprofessional, non-communicative, and has no empathy towards the patients.

Seemed rushed minimal examination from Dr and feel like was just suggesting too many meds for my liking. Had to see another urgent care provider. Took their time and listened to my needs. Kept me updated on results so wasn’t just waiting around in the room. Didn’t list off meds to use.

Needed stitches removed. The staff was kind, thorough, provided wonderful care.  Answered all of my questions.. Calked in prescription, Provided great follow-up instructions. Highly recommended!
