Woke up Stuffy nose and congestion scheduling was very easy. Check in time was very easy and simple. Staff was kind And courteous. I was in and out and 30 minutes or I think less.

10. From Dr. Tinglin down to every member of the staff, the crew was professional, efficient, and genuinely concerned about me. Great crew! Great system! Great experience! I will definitely recommend them.

Walked in due to back pain. No issues with wait time. Front desk person was not rude but not friendly.  Staff who called me to the back asked my weight- did not ask me to get on the scale. She asked about medication allergies but never about current meds.  Doctor was pleasant, seemed caring and showed concern.  Staff who gave injections was pleasant, not sure if it was the same girl who called me to the back.  Office was extremely cold, I was told heat cannot be turned on--cold temperature keeps germs at a minimal.  Overall, okay visit.  I will return if needed and I would recommend to others.

This was a check-up visit focused on previous treatment. Primary care - again - was excellent. Communicates very well and seems genuinely interested in my well-being. State is solid, both admin and care. However, check-in is a problem. Visited this facility 3x in the past week and the computer system still does not have my information on record. So, for the THIRD time, I had to enter all my information into their digital system. Waste of MY time and quite frustrating.

Wait time is wayyyyy too long. Waited there for 4 hours. They only have one doctor on duty.

Had to go check for strep throat and waited over 2 hours. Dr. Tinglin and staff were very nice but sooooooo overworked. Thankful to them for helping me to feel better, in spite, of all their work.

I had a sore throat and lost my voice and had to take a day off from work so I wasn't in the best of moods when I arrived but within the first few minutes of checking in my mood changed thanks to the fast and friendly staff.

Everyone was so nice front desk clerk was real nice and helpful the staff in the back was real nice and helpful I didn't wait no more than 10 or 15 minutes to go in the back everyone was nice thank you all so much 👍👍

Had gout flare up in both feet!  Signed in this morning when they opened at 8:00am and was out by 9:30am. Two shots and two prescriptions and I should be better soon!

The Entire staff is amazing from front to back. Came in having trouble signing in the gentleman at front desk provided me with assistance with no hesitation. The nurses was amazing with great bedside manners. The NP was very understanding and provided me with the help and care I look for when feeling bad. I recommend AFC if all of the run as this facility do.  10/10
