I brought my 3 year old in with a 2nd degree burn the staff acted as though it was nothing although I understand it’s first come first serve it should also be based on severity and age

The provider I saw last night said if I was still in pain after the toradol shot to call because I told her I’d been in 3 times in the last 2 weeks for this same issue.  I cannot get in with a dentist (unless I see an emergency dentist which isn’t in my budget) for another week and a half.  I called today because the pain is unbearable.  I was told they can only do so much for pain.  I WAS NEVER OFFERED ANYTHING for my pain.  The lady last night was pleasant.  Today I am beyond disappointed.  Not only with the “provider” on duty and his decision, but also with the attitude of the lady who I ended up on the phone with.  Now I have to go to the ER on Christmas Eve and SPEND MORE MONEY.  I won’t be returning.  Why would I come to AFC just to be told they ultimately can’t help me and to go to the ER.

Staff is always friendly and always go beyond and above any doctors office expectations.

This is the third time visiting this AFC location for a DOT physical, every time as a walk-in, no appoinment. The wait time was very short, and after filling out all the DOT required paperwork I was quickly called back for the exam. Then entire staff from check-in, nurses, and the PA were professional and polite, always making my visits here pleasant. I plan to return here for all future exams, and any urgent care needs that may arise.

Doctor was great..Front office lady was not so pleasant.. She didn't speak or show any politeness

The ease of scheduling and filling out information online was fantastic! They called me to check my reason for my visit to assure they would be able to assist, so I didn’t make a trip for no reason! When I arrived the waiting room was clean and the lady behind the desk was friendly and quick. I waited no longer than 10 minutes, called by another friendly staff member, then greeted by a friendly NP and what I came in for was quickly taken care of! Pleasant, friendly staff!  I would recommend to friends and family!

I bypass other locations to go to this one. It is always CLEAN, the bedside manner is top-notch and the wait time is always minimal. Took my 4 yr old granddaughter for a school health assessment and the Dr and nurse were so great with her! She's shy but they had her smiling and interacting with them like she'd known them for years. 5 *'s on every level!

The wait wasn’t long, the doctor and nurse had really good bedside manners. The woman at the front desk was really friendly.
