NP wasn’t going to check my throat until I reminded her it was bothering me. Didn’t check my ears. I have seen other NPs at this location that give more feedback and suggestions and I don’t feel rushed.

I was able to schedule an appointment online and see the doctor the same day.  The staff were very professional and nice. Also, this location was very clean.  I recommend this urgent care.

I woke up with a swollen, irritated eye. Chloe and Vanessa were amazing. They were attentive and kind and completely took into account my discomfort. Under the circumstances, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone was very professional and the facility was spotless - very clean. I would highly recommend this provider.

Urgent care, you saved me as you always do with your easy scheduling, check in and very friendly and efficient staffing.  I was given all the right tests and found out I had the flu and the PA could not have been better.  She was friendly and professional and knowledgeable. Put me at ease. Gave me Tami flu and I’m doing so much better. No being put off by GP’s office because I didn’t take a covid test …feeling lost when you’re sick.  No, Urgent care is the place to go!  Love it. They helped me before my umbilical hernia surgery - did all the right things before and sent me to ER. urgent care is the best!

5 stars for all categories except the wait time. Arrived at 10:05am for a 10:20am scheduled appointment and didn’t get called in until 10:49am. BTW, your rating algorithm is flawed. If I give one star to the wait time rating and five stars to the rest, the overall rating still comes out to five stars. That is wrong and inaccurate. My guess is that is by design.

I was able to submit all of my insurance and other info online. I arrived a few minutes early, and didn't have to wait long after paying to be called.

Woke up the previous day with a sore throat that didn't get better. I was able to see somebody that afternoon. The office was clean and the staff were friendly. Just waiting on my lab culture results since the rapid tests didn't indicate anything but the recommended course of treatment hasn't been working.

Been in twice this week due swollen eyes and a plugged ear (or so I thought) everyone very helpful and receive text that prescription was already ready at pharmacy when I left. Very accommodating. I would recommend people to go there scheduling an appointment is very easy.

Scheduling, Check-in, Staff, & Care were all excellent. This facility is highly recommendable!
