I was tested for Covid & flu- all lovely ladies involved with my care were wonderful!!!!!

My daughter woke up with a sore throat. I made an appointment quick online and checked in while I parked. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful. Also the nurse who walked us to the back was respectful and understanding. The doctor checked my daughter and explained everything clearly. I was in and out in 30 minutes!

Well I didn’t schedule an appointment, I was a walk in. Staff was very efficient and friendly. No wait time. PA was very knowledgeable. Listened to my concerns and address all of them with understanding and care. The visit was comforting and I left feeling very satisfied and less anxious. I will definitely go back.

I scheduled an appointment by accident because I typically go to Centra Care and to me AdventHealth is a cattle drive. So since the office was close to me I just made sure they took my insurance and was more than willing to try somewhere new. When I showed up, the place was immaculate, the lady at the desk was incredibly nice, the nurse and physician's assistant were very helpful, knew what to look for, resolved the issue, and were so nice to treat me so well. If it's possible to have them as a Primary Care I'd do it in a minute. I'm not sure what the rules are. I could use an annual physical exam and would be happy to do it there. I don't have a primary because when I was sick in the past, I couldn't get in to the office for weeks - I could have been in the hospital unnecessarily by then. That's why I only go to Urgent Care facilities if/when I am sick. I truly liked that place a lot and will recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. All the staff was wonderful!! From start to finish.

Scheduling online was super easy.  No waiting which is truly a blessing when you are feeling so sick!  Everyone was friendly and I was prescribed the proper medication.  The entire experience at AFC Urgent Care Altamonte Springs was exemplary.  I would recommend to everyone.

I loved how easy it was to schedule the appointment. The front desk person was very friendly. I did not like the experience inside though. I could hear all the talk from the nurse practitioners on my situation and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I would not go back or recommend this place

Woke up this morning on New Year's Eve knowing I had something serious going on was able to get an appointment right away and seeing right away. The doctor and the whole staff were very nice and caring and the office was immaculate. I will recommend this facility and I will return

Great job!  First time there.  Very professional staff!  Exceptionally clean facility!   Not the typical “urgent care” facility!

I had a cough for a week and it wasn't going away. I was able to get an appointment this evening and only waited a few minutes. Everyone was friendly and hoped that I would feel better. I would recommend them.
