I have gone to this location twice in the last 2 months and had to wait 2.5 hours the first time, 2 hours this past time, and that's just not conducive to a my busy schedule working full time.

Took over 3 hours to be seen by a doctor. Ridiculously long. wait time when there was not a lot of people in front of me even. It should be disclaimed if wait times will be that long. After speaking to a nurse it took over another hour for the doctor to come talk to me.

Overall my visit was good. However, the doctor I saw was not. He came in with no mask on, sat across the room and said I has the flu. Did not listen to my lungs, chest or look in my throat. Only prescribed some cough meds that didn't work. Now I had to go back a week later and see another doctor. Thank goodness for her. She prescribed medications to help which is now a worse cough.

I went because glands were swollen. There were alot of patients in the waiting area. I had a two hour wait but it was so worth the wait. Dr. Bianchi was the best. He did exam and explained what the problem was. He got things going in a very professional manner. Ordered bloodwork, breathing treatment, and a shot. I am not sure my regular doctor would have been as thorough. The staff were excellent and very patient. Thankful for this Urgent Care and so thankful Dr Bianchi was there today. I would highly recommend.

Excellent Care! American Family Care, Dr Biake and the entire staff and just incredible people. They had me come in 7 times, 5 for treatment and 2 follow ups. If only I could have Dr Biake and his staff be my primary doctor. It's evident they passionate about their jobs. Once again the care I received has been impeccable!  Thank you!!! I would absolutely recommend this provider and Urgent Care.

I woke up with respiratory issues. I drove to the AFC on South College Street. The staff was professional, friendly and answered any questions I had. Dr. Bianchi discussed the problem I was having and answered my questions about the medications I would be receiving.  I would recommend this provider.
