Long wait times and made me wait in room for almost two hours

My throat has been sore on and off for several weeks, itchy eyes and nagging cough. It was easy & quick to check in. The staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor listened, seemed knowledgable and desirous to help me. Most of our extended family uses AFC.

It was a last minute ear pain got worse so no time appt they were very busy did the best they would with available staff and number of patience

Staff is always welcoming and caring.  The wait is never too long.

I had an appointment at 915 wasn't seen til 10 but it's OK they were really busy so it really wasn't a bad wait. They were very concerned about what was going on with me. And took good care of me.thank you

Woke up this morning and still had a fever. I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. I was seen fairly quickly. Got tested and sent away with a prescription. Very convenient.

Nice staff. Walk in appointments or they have an appt to schedule and download your info ahead of time. Highly recommend.

Had been suffering with a sore throat and cough. Had been here before and went on line and made an appointment easy. When I got there, I had to give them my new Ins infor. The young man reception was very inviting and congenial, took care of me in minutes. I got back to the room fairly quick. The young (I do not remember his name) was nice and precise. Brenda Karst was the physician and took care of me and ordered the test and I was out soon. I wish the paper could give the first name of the receiseptist and nurse so we could acknowledge them by name as well.

I personally feel like a 2.5 hour visit for a strep test is excessive, when we had an appointment.

Woke up yesterday to find I was still not well after 3 days of fighting sinus pressure and a sore throat. Made my appointment online for 9:45am. Filled out all paperwork immediately online and submitted. Arrived at required time of 9:30am. Was not called back to be seen until 11:15am. And then was not seen by Dr/PA until 12:25pm. To say that seemed unacceptable is an understatement. Was not wowed by my experience. People who walked in were being seen before me and my wait time on the app kept moving further back. At one point it jumped from 11:03 to 11:54. :-( Disappointed.  The Nurse and PA did apologize for wait and I’m not sure what exactly the hold up was other than being told somebody was being sent to help alleviate the flow of people but no one had come at present. Seemed unfair to them as well.
