Team was respectful, polite and responsive. Easy process to check-in. Receptionist and staff were friendly.

I booked an appointment for a severe asthma flare-up and flu symptoms, and while I was seen quickly, my experience was disappointing. The front desk staff and medical assistant were excellent, but NP Susan Crouch was dismissive and unhelpful. She ignored my concerns about my asthma and repeatedly walked out of the room mid-conversation. I wasn’t given the chance to fully explain my situation, and she offered no assistance. I ended up having to see my family doctor the next day to get my asthma under control since my medications weren’t working. I’ve visited this location before for flare-ups with no issues, but after this experience I won’t be coming back.

I was in the building for over 2 hours for a urine sample. Exam room was freezing at first and then they turned on the heat. It got too hot I needed to open the door while I waisted 1.5 hours for sample results and my phone died. Was not expecting over 2 hours for that kind of treatment. Longest urgent care experience. Nice staff though. It’s my first experience with them so I can’t say they’re like that all the time. I did see some patients in and out within 20 minutes while I was in waiting room.

Yes I love the staff they were very friendly and helpful when i had questions the person who came in and checked me out was excellent I recommend any and everyone to come here for care❤️🙏🏽

I was coughing, sneezing, and just not feeling good. Great service and out quickly .

My son was sick and I had to pick him up from school so I brought him there for fever. The staff was super friendly and the wait wasn’t long at all. The doctor was great also. 10 stars

The staff was amazing! We use AFC often but it was our first time at this location and both the nurses aid and the nurse practitioner were engaging, caring and just very pleasant.  Great experience!

I don’t know where the confusion was from. I told the lady at the front desk where I wanted my prescriptions to be sent; when she asked. They were sent to the wrong place. I specifically do not use CVS for many reasons.
