I didn’t like phone check in! Had to ask lady at desk to help me. She was very helpful, but a lot of unnecessary?s . Especially since y’all put option, but you have to answer it anyway. Your receptionist was very gracious and she helped me out. I’m not good with a computer. I would like a receptionist instead of a phone. My only complaint thank you.

The reason why I gave two stars for quality of care is because I was only checked for sinus congestion and I complained of spitting up plegm for the past week with a sore chest from coughing. The doctor was very thourough explaining what she thought the problem was but I feel that I needed more. I was prescribed something for sinus draining and cough. I had to go back to another urgent care today because I was still feeling horrible due to only being able to take one allergy pill a day and cough meds every eight hours. When I went to the other urgent care I was given a steroid shot and sent home with antibiotics and steroid medication. The shot alone made me feel so much better after a few hours. Other than that… I love the cleanliness friendliness and the short wait time

Woke up on Monday;(severely congested, ear pain and laryngitis), worse than Saturday, so I felt a visit was in order.  The scheduling process was easy. The staff were kind as always. I was in and out in just under an hour.  This was after being tested for COVID and the Flu.  I would highly recommend this facility.

Wait time was reasonable and registering was a snap without clipboards or reams of paper to fill out! Care was appropriate and thorough. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Would highly recommend to friends!
