The NP was curt and rude. I have never had to write a bad review.. There was a misunderstanding in which type of paperwork was missing, which is fine. While I was in the process of calling, I could hear the doctor outside the closed door speaking loud and clear with the staff about how I don't know what I need and laughing about it. After all was squared away, she asked the staff if they "even have papers for phsyicals," which she should already know. She seems confused on what she needs to do. When she entered the room again, she continued to act smug and reiterated that usually places send whichever document. I just wanted to get it over with. The staff out front were very helpful otherwise. I wouldn't recommend going here unless there was a more professional practitioner with better bedside manners.

I made an appointment for the next morning for a lingering cough. I walked right in and was listened to by the great nurse Jennifer. She and the doctor had great bedside manner. I was in and out and ready to kick this cough. I would recommend them to anyone.
