The lady up front was truly amazing! But honestly after 4 hours of waiting when the reason we were there was to get X-rays for elderly that fell, was sad. He ended up leaving without being looked at. His blood pressure was high because he has PTSD from being a vet. The only person in that office that seemed to care was the receptionist. Health care in Anderson, especially the ER is horrible! Literally go anywhere else but Anderson

No provider available first day I scheduled. Second day saw nurse practitioner. Was hoping to see a doctor. Had to pay 40$ The sign indicates AFC as part of Bon Secours but was informed Bon Secours has nothing to do with AFC. Was very disappointed. Had I known that I would have waited another day to see my primary care physician and would not have spent $40.

I had a bad cough due to bronchitis. I had already been two times to a different urgent care facility and decided to try AFC. I was glad I did. The physician on duty was very nice and caring. She wasn't in a hurry and listened to my concerns. She prescribed me a stronger cough medicine and gave me a steroid shot. Plus, she gave me a breathing treatment and a prescription for my own breathing machine and medicine to give myself treatments at home. I only had to wait in waiting area for about 5 minutes before I was seen. This was a plus. I am very satisfied with AFC and will recommend them to my family & friends. This is an honest review.

Came in for a DOT physical. Wait time was long before being seen and also another long wait time to be seen by provider. The physical in it self was very quick and staff was kind.

Woke up I went to Boston. I wasn’t feeling well when I got there. The door is still locked. The staff wasn’t really that friendly or the receptionist wasn’t really that friendly. My roommate checked me in and I filled out the paperwork on the phone. The nurses assistant was very sweet and attentive and understanding about my not feeling well on the other half the nurse practitioner wasn’t that friendly. I probably saw her for two minutes and she didn’t bother taking her time to check me over. Look at my throat check my ears asked me questions. The nurse’s assistant was more attentive to my needs than the nurse practitioner. They took the flu and Covid swabs. Both came back negative. She then came back in the narcissist and took a swab of my tonsils to see if I strep throat. I then asked for the results she said she can’t give them to me that the nurse would be in to give them a results. Therefore, the nurse never did come back again. The nurses assistant came in and told me that I had a viral upper respiratory infection and prescribed me prednisone I was there for over an hour and a half and not once did the doctor even say hey let me check over. Let me see what’s going on with you. Nothing so my recommendation to this place was OK.

Made appointment on line yesterday, verified it this morning via the app, showed up for appt and doors were locked with a sign on door Closed Sunday. This really sucks for me because it is the only Urgent Care on my insurance in my town. I am out of town for the next 3 days so won't be able to get meds for my infection until after that. First visit here, won't be back. Will drive 40 miles to next town to find another Urgent Care next time.

Scheduling was a breeze, check in was fine. Staff was extremely friendly and care from dr hair went great. However, i had scheduled the previous night at 9p an appointment for 12p the next day.  Got there at 1153 and was told no provider only doing drug test (inclement weather) . Around 2p got a text that said since i missed my appointment i could reschedule. Click link and it gave me appointments for the next day since 12 people were in front of me. I feel like since I had an appointment booked , i should’ve been seen immediately instead of waiting 1.5 hours.
