Me and my husband came in this early morning we both sick and got in the right time . All the staff was friendly and helpful.. from the front to the back , the nurse who took us to the back was very friendly she assist both of us while we’re waiting to a practitioner nurse came to see us . I wish I remember the nurse name who assisted us this morning at the same time me and my husband and she’s wonderful and very helpful. The nurse practitioner who see us this morning me and my husband. I have to look the prescription papers so can put her name here.  her name is Amanda Leonard . She was great and wonderful she explained everything to us and she answered our questions. She’s good highly recommended.

I did not schedule my visit. I was there for a new employment clearance..  they were very helpful. I supposed to go back on Monday to finish the whole process.. I appreciate the way they work and how they went up and beyond to take care of the whole visit

Wait time is crazy long we waited over 2hrs just to be seen.

I wait until 8 fir a 6:45 appointment other than that amazing staff and care 🥰💯

When I got in, I could see who was before me, and who came after me. For some reason people who had come after me kept being seen, and I was one of the last ones to come in. When I asked one of the ladies in the back people kept going in front of me she said I don’t know. I’m doing druging  test bye!  The nurse practitioner was very kind and attentive as was the medical assistant who checked me in.

The appointment time was 11 am; however, even with the appointment, there was a waiting period of about 30 minutes or so before I was taken back. Thankful I didn't have to throw up during that time. I would not have made it.

I really like the ease of scheduling ahead of time. The staff was extremely nice and professional. Every procedure was explained throughly.  The nurse practitioner was very professional. She explained my symptoms and medications throughly. She made sure I was ok and made sure I understood everything before I was released.

The staff was so nice and most of all they had patience. And would highly recommend to come visit this facility. The whole staff did a wonderful job..

The desk staff not too nice bt the doctor and workers in the back were so nice and understanding..

Melody and Lena were wonderful, so sweet and caring. ❤️ I wish Melody could be my PC. The new check in system worked well. However, I am old school and like the personal contact with the receptionist better. I would recommend AFC Urgent Care Boiling Springs.
