Lady who checked us in was very sweet but the nurse who called us back acted like she didn’t want to do her job. Didn’t seem too friendly. Needs to do better with making patients feel like they actually care. Lobby was very small. Very easy to get sick because not much seating in the lobby. We decided to leave and get a refund. Went down the road to Prisma and they took great care of us.

I just needed a drug screening done. All it required was me to pee in a cup and be done I waited close to 2 hours to get called back for a 5 minute procedure. Would not recommend

I honestly hated to rate with 1 star because I’ve been several times and had an excellent experience each time. However, went there today and was treated like garbage by the “NP” there. (I won’t post her name here but I’ll be more than happy to discuss it further if anyone from AFC cares to follow up.) Receptionist was lovely and the nurse or assistant, not sure which he was, was personable. “NP” must not have realized I could hear her making comments and whispering about us. After she told us she couldn’t do anything herself other than give an antibiotic (which was absolutely fine!) I simply asked what she recommended as far as our next step. She cut me off mid sentence saying she’d give me my money back (which never even crossed my mind and was super offensive because she insinuated that we couldn’t afford to be there!?!) and I asked her again if there was a specialist she could recommend, should we go to some other doctor to address the underlying issue...she honestly rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders at me! At that point I walked away and the nurse/assistant went into the office where she proceeded to whisper about us again!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!! I would go back but NEVER EVER would I even take my dog there if she’s the only provider available. Horrific bedside manner and made us feel as though we’d done her a horrible inconvenience by being there. She left a blemish on an otherwise great office.
