I was seen by Dr. Clardy yesterday. He was caring & a wonderful Dr. I wish he could be my primary care provider.

Walk in patient. Long wait time but staff is always top notch and helpful.

They prescribed me a muscle relaxer I can’t take because of the medication I am already taking which they were aware of. Thanks for nothing

I was a walk in and it was very busy with sick people and those who were being tested for employment. Everyone was talking about how long they had been there and the average was three hours before being seen. I didn't see a reason to book ahead because everyone was behind. As far as staff and care go they were friendly, knowledgeable and didn't leave you in the exam room for long periods of time.

Well my family and I visited yesterday, however the visit we had was amazing besides the lady who brought us back to our room. She seemed to be real pissed to have to do work and get vitals etc. Our doctor on the other hand was AMAZING! The check in lady was amazing as well!

Staff very nice and pleasant. Not too long of wait for pre-screening for a job.

Staff was friendly and wait time was good.  My only issue was the diagnosis of an infection but sent away without antibiotics to treat the infection.  Was advised to come back in a few days if I was not better.  Unfortunately I got much worse and had to see my own physician 2 days later for treatment.  If I had known that I was not to receive antibiotics to treat the infection I would not have even taken the time to go to Urgent care and simply waited until Monday to call my own doctor.  Made no sense to “wait and see” if an infection would magically clear up on its own.

Went back to Urgent Care on Thursday after being diagnosed with Covid on Monday, after seeing the Dr., I waited about 10-15 mins., for an X ray technician to take me to get an X-ray.After she did, I went back to the room where I proceeded to wait over an hour, finally I opened the door, to see all the nurses and techs had their purses on the desks waiting to leave, finally got my paperwork, walked to the lobby, the office was closing up, my husband was waiting, no one in the place but us and the workers. We arrived right before 6 p.m. and left at 8p.m. While waiting for the dr to come in, not a soul came in the room, I was forgotten about, and I believe when they finally realized, “Hey we have someone else here”, he came in, said I had bronchitis, call Kim meds to my pharmacy, which was closed when I got there, this group was nothing like the folks on Monday when I came to that office…..not happy

I've been to this urgent care many times and this was the best visit ever: everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to the nurse/practitioner was so nice and we're genuinely concerned for my well being. 5 stars to everyone there! Other urgent cares should emulate.
