NP was very informed about my condition, efficient and friendly.

Waited 2 and a half hours in the lobby............

My ear was clogged w wax for 4 days. It was gently and efficiently removed at the office. It revealed a small infection below. Antibiotics were prescribed and had a thorough talk about product to clean ears. Well pleased will return

Everything was very simple to schedule and check in, and my daughter was taken to a room quickly. However, they had not cleaned the room prior to us going in. The paper on the bed was crinkled, and the staff member ripped it off but didn’t pull down a fresh piece for my daughter to sit on. Instead she told her to sit in the only chair in the room, leaving me to stand the entire time. There was trash on the floor of the room and a dirty glove under the table. I would rather wait a few minutes longer and be taken to a clean room. It is unacceptable that nothing had been sanitized between patients. I will likely not use this location again.

Went to another urgent care that was extremely unhelpful. Came here and was seen, diagnosed and prescribed medication to help very quickly. I will be coming here for future needs!

Terrible wait even though I scheduled online.  I was there for 2.5 hours. Then the office couldn’t send the script electronically to Publix. Publix wouldn’t fill it from the paper script. An ordeal. Nurse who took vitals was great.

Waited four hours because they had one physician they could've told me before hand and I could've went else where to get seen sooner instead of wasting my whole evening

The staff is very professional and helpful they were also very kind and caring. The facility is very nice, spacious, and clean. I loved being able to walk in and was seen within 5 minutes. This is my go to place when I can’t see my regular physician. Thank you AFC Easley!

I made an online appointment for myself and my children to receive the flu vaccine. After waiting an hour and 5 minutes, the receptionist informs me that they are out of the flu vaccine. She said she was “sorry and didn’t realize because she was doing paperwork.” That is completely unacceptable. I was also told she tried to call the other office, but the line was busy. This was a lie, as I was able to get right through when calling in front of her. I was facing the front while waiting for over an hour, she never tried to call. Unfortunately, my children and I sat in there being exposed to other sickness far too long, with absolutely nothing to show for it. I’m aggravated to say the least, but disgusted at the lack of care and laziness.
