I scheduled on the website for an 8:00 appointment and I was done with everything by 8:40. Excellent service and excellent patient care.

I had been coughing for 2 days and not feeling well. Went on line and set up appointment and filled out my paperwork. Made it so easy. Took me back 45 minutes earlier than my appointment time. Tony was great. The NP was wonderful. Medication for my cough. 4 days later feeling so much better.

Three hours to be seen. Not urgent.•••••••••••••••••••••••••

I had to take care of my TB shot , the wait time and staff was very helpful and informative and nice and very patient working with me.

The staff were kind and helpful. It is nice to have the first person you see at the front desk treat me with kindness, compassion and respect. Very pleasant experience. Thank you.

The nurses were so nice, the guy who came in and claimed to be the doctor however… This man just barely took a glance at my problem, and shooed me out of the office with a prescription of steroids to take orally. He didn’t give a damn about what I had to say or even say down to listen to my concerns.

Staff & care was awesome, wait time was long but I hadn’t checked in online so that’s on me. Otherwise no complaints. Would & have recommended this clinic.

I’ve been sick for a while and finally got a chance to seek care. When I checked the clinic hours online, I saw the “save my spot” option and thought it might help minimize how long I had to be away from my infant. I chose a time slot, filled out all the paperwork, photographed my cards, and got the confirmation text that I was all set. Got there on time the next morning and then sat in the waiting room for over two hours. I understand I wasn’t making an actual appointment, but I’m genuinely curious what the point of “save my spot” is supposed to be? I figured it was like call-ahead seating vs. a reservation at a restaurant, not a guaranteed time, but surely offering some kind of advantage. Apparently not. Once I was called out of the waiting room, everything was great. The nurse and the doctor I saw were both fantastic and did their very best to help me. The young woman at the front desk was very nice and so patient with several people who were being a little difficult while waiting. I’m just left wondering why “save my spot” is even a thing if it offers no benefit.
