The scheduling seems so lengthy of a process but nonetheless my wait time after completing the online paperwork was about 5-10 mins. Not bad at all. The front desk clerk showed empathy towards myself and the another patient waiting. The nurse practitioner, Carina (I think that’s the name I heard), and the in-take nurse handled me with care and prescribed some familiar prescriptions that I knew would help clear the phlegm and my cough. The staff overall was great from my arrival and departure! I would recommend the Haywood Rd location every time!
