I cut my finger on a kitchen knife.  Brandi, NP was proficient in suturing it and then later removing the sutures.  She and her staff were friendly and personable. Would recommend this office to everyone.

This was great Dr. Visit, all the employs were so friendly. They made feel like  I was a regular customer.  My husband went with me and asked me do if I knew any of the staff and he said to me, they act like they know us.  They were very friendly and knew their job.  I am so glad we went there.

Just a simple DOT physical, in and out quickly. Two very attentive employees took good care of me.

Booked an appointment, sat an hour in the waiting room to get called back, sat in a room for an hour, saw the doctor for 10 mins, didn’t get fully diagnosed, got medicine sent in to the pharmacy it was denied by insurance and sent back and the directions didn’t match the amount I was prescribed to take.

I have been feeling this way for a whole week for bothering me coughing and wheezing sneezing they were very professional courier kind the doctor listen to everything I said ran her test and made a decision which was a very good decision and I thank them for the treatment and the WellCare that I have received from them

I brought my 10 year old son and staff never  said hello nor spoke to me nor even looked at me, I registered in the machine and waited for one hour until our turn, said 8 people checked in before me but only one person was sitting, the doctor made the difference, she was So good and kind and patient, the staff were never rude, just not caring. Was there for 3 hours, at the end the front desk girl just waved her hand that I could go.. no words again

Sunday morning while completing dressing with shoes I realized that my big toe on my right foot was aching.  Over the coarse through the next day I finally realized I had gout.  The pain got to a high level of pain and decided I needed care.  I chose AFC Urgent Care Bon Secours the next morning because of previous recent needs with excellent care.  The staff received me with professional support.  As I was the first patient to arrive they informed me the office was switching to a new online system and I was the first!  I received kind help as I stumbled through.  The receiving nurse continued the high quality of care (pointing out my blood pressure seemed low and asking questions) followed by two Nurse Practitioners that asked the right questions and care to deliver a solution to treat my gout. They answered my questions and made sure everything was covered.  Thank you!  Please note that the entire staff took my needs seriously and did so with courtesy.  Thank you again!  I would absolutely recommend this location and the provider that assembled this staff.
