I felt that I was relapsing from a respiratory illness. My wife took me in to get checked. I waited very little time to be seen. The doctor diagnosed the problem quickly and sent in the prescriptions I needed. Everyone was professional and also very friendly.

9 yr old granddaughter woke up complaining of ear ache. Wasn't too bad until this evening. Went to urgent care ( we have been there before) knowing that she would get great care. Dr. Owen's is wonderful. She did have an ear infection & had to receive meds. Dr. Owen's apologized for her printer printing slow. She is AWESOME!

It’s disappointing that they can’t take blood work or do X-rays at certain times because you don’t truly know what’s going on with you..  but there’s a nurse who is dark complexion with long hair maybe locs (wish I remembered her name) she is beyond wonderful. She makes you feel better just getting to speak with her. I hope she is cherished in that office. I love everything about her. Kindest nurse I’ve ever met.

Had a lingering cough. Check in was easy. Staff was very friendly.

Scheduling: Online scheduling is very easy to accomplish, however I see not much has changed since I worked at Urgent Care when it comes to filling out the forms online. Why are patients requested to do this online if they are going to be handed the same forms to fill out in the waiting room?  Check in: This is fast and easy. Why don’t you accept Tricare to pay for testing? Staff: Administrative staff continue to lack access/knowledge of extracting data from the online forms or the reason for why my insurance Tricare is not accepted to pay for the service when it has been accepted for other purposes? Care: The care I have received at any AFC has always been fast and professional.

Really great , I am going to advocate our company starts doing all there Dot physical here, truly a good experience. Staff was friendly and I really like the doctor.

Went in because of pain on foot. They did x-rays and no lead apron was provided. Doctor walked in afterwards and didn’t even examine my foot. Was told to put on a compress. Doctor brought in a compress made for the ankle not foot, obviously that it wasn’t going to work. At least an elastic wrap would have been nice. Was given an exercise worksheet and a so long see you never. Mind this that I have a very good insurance, I could only imagine the poop patients that go in without insurance.

The one doctor finally able to give me something to ease this stiff neck I had for 5 weeks. Took time showed concern and explained everything. Wish everyone was like that

Very clean. Appreciated how I was treated by all.  Good balance between professionalism and friendliness. Been here a few times and every experience is good.
