The PA was wonderful. She really listened to what was going on and showed concern for me. The woman at the desk was wildly rude. I waited about 2 hours to be seen but I completely understand it’s sick season and they’re working as quickly as they can.  My cell phone battery was low, so I wasn’t using it. Instead I was just sitting, minding my own business. We made eye contact maybe 3 times, then she turned to the person she was working with and said “I don’t know why that d* girl keep looking at me. I can’t take her back.”

Decided mid-afternoon I couldn’t continue with pain so just stopped in and waited no more than 10min in waiting room.  Waited longest in patient room but for no appmnt, still ok. Everyone is always very friendly and thorough!

Waited 1.5 hours in waiting room then 1 hour  in  clinical room . Doctor came in and said I should soak my foot in warm water and soap for a few minutes 😂. I stepped on a nail. I felt like I could have been soaking it that whole hour. Then nurse came in and gave me a tetanus shot. Very simple procedure with recommendation. Maybe if there was a little bit more communication between nurse and doctor the waiting time could be minimized.
