I went in because I could not stop coughing and was there the week before and the medicine they gave me did not help. Was in the waiting room for 90 minutes just to be put into a room for another 60 minutes for someone to come in, have me breathe in and out, say she could hear mucus in my lungs and then sent me on my way to walmart to pick up a steroid. All that and still over $100 after insurance.

My visit was terrible the staff were very rude and unfriendly. I went there for a CDL physical exam the doctor was very rude and inconsiderate will pointing he used his middle finger. So after this experience I will never go back to them.

Your staff was ruined and not welcoming you clients at all. They were 3 of us that came to get a drug test for our employer. They were lady that took our names wasn’t friendly acting like oh my goodness three more ..  The lady that took us back that called our names we ruined as if we all were drug users.  Why she is in this field I really have no idea. She need to be doing something else’s besides interacting with people.. Made all of us feel very uncomfortable..  There was only one lady that took our alcohol test was so nice and needs to be given a high 5 for her friendliness..  I did tell how nice she was and that meant a lot to me. Will I come back or recommend this facility. No, I would not. I know a lot of people and I interact with a lot of people so if they ever asked me if I would go to their facility for anything I would have to say no just because you’re going for a drug test for your employer doesn’t mean that you are taking illegal or using illegal drugs.. so please teach your staff that all people that come in there and visit your establishment isn’t bad clients we all should be treated with respect that I didn’t get except for one girl and I don’t know her name, but she said that she was the only one that was qualified or license to take the alcohol breathalyzer test because my question was did you have other areas to have a drug test in this facility and she said no there’s just one area, which makes the wait time long wait when you come in with 3 employees.. thank you and have a great day!

Had to do a drug test for work, it wasn’t busy but I only waited about 15 minutes to be seen. This was great compared to previous visits when I was actually sick and waited two hours.

Extremely long wait times, staff seemed very unhappy to be there and complained to patients about work. Provider had no solution to my issue and sent me home with nothing after I waited for 3 hours.
