The doctor was very kind and knowledgeable. She was also very reassuring. Cali was AWESOME! We both felt like crap today but she managed to have us smiling and laughing the whole visit especially with the nose swabbing.  If I get sick I’ll be heading to AFC Urgent Care just to see Cali because I know she’ll take care of me and make me smile

I fell in my bathroom early Tuesday morning hitting my head on the cabinet. By the next morning my forehead and both eyes had turned a dark purple color.  I decided, along  with my family and friend caregivers that I needed to go to Urgent Care so they could access the situation.  Accordingly, we felt it warranted further medical attention at the hospital.

I had the best experience I have ever had at any Urgent Care Facility!!!  I liked the check-in setup.  Very easy and convenient.  There was only 1 other person in the waiting room, so as soon as my paperwork was complete, I was immediately called to the back.   My service was fast but very thorough. Michelle Blair took care of me. She asked a lot of good questions, and offered solutions that would actually help me. She also was able to provide me with helpful prescriptions, and some educational paperwork. The entire staff was nice and attentive. The facility was very clean and inviting.   I typically have awful experiences at urgent care, so I am so grateful to have had a great experience, especially while feeling so awful. I will definitely be recommending AFC Urgent Care Bon Secours to everyone I know. Thank you!!!
