Had an excellent experience here! Scheduling was simple and check in was super easy. The entire staff was friendly and compassionate. My appointment was right on time. The NP I worked with was very knowledgeable and communicative. I’m so grateful!

I went in for a visit and everything seemed fine until I was miss diagnosed and sent to the pharmacy to get a script for zofran 140.00 after paying 379.00 to your office. 170 of that was for a blood test and poop sample kit. I was called back and told I didn't need to take the poop test. Went back to return the kit and was told that I couldn't return it. So I asked why I was being charged for it then. Staff member was rude and they seemed put out by my request for a refund. They finally said I would get a refund. Which I have not seen yet. It's funny how you can take my money with ease but can't get it back to me in a timely manner. I left the office stating that I'll never come back here. Maybe that's why I haven't got a refund. This is unacceptable!!

Have had more labored breathing over the last couple of years, became acute in the last 24 hours, prompting an unscheduled urgent care visit. Was really feeling very poorly. The staff kindly listened to my situation and worked with me to find a remedy. We now have a game plan to follow to try to get this thing worked out. Thanks, you were great!

I was able to walk in without an appointment and be seen within ten minutes of my arrival. I really appreciated the time and care that Dr. Palmer took to understand what I was experiencing and his desire to help. I would happily go back to this urgent care facility

AFC offers so many more services than I previously knew.  The staff are amazing!  So helpful and knowledgeable.  We’ll be back for more situations in the future. I would highly recommend AFC urgent care centers to anyone.

I love this place. The people that work there are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. There is not much wait and it’s easy to schedule ahead of time.  Amazing experience every time.

Walked in without signing up on line just after opening and registered using phone quickly.  Wait a few minutes after that for a waiting room.  Was seen quickly and out the door within 5 minutes.  Staff was cheerful and efficient.  I will go there again if needed.
