i love afc. the staff is efficient, kind, great listeners

I will be back next time I have a need. I was so very sick and it was a smooth and positive experience. Even though I was the last patient of the day the care and kindness of ma and physician was excellent

I was in Boulder for the Christmas holiday and unfortunately needed to make an urgent care visit. I did not schedule an appointment, but the two women working check-in and the NP I saw were very helpful and so kind. If I had to visit an urgent care during a vacation, that had to be the most pleasant experience possible. Kudos to the staff in Boulder!

Visit was great. But I can’t find a visit summary to share with my PCP.

Had been having severe lower back pain and into my hip. It got worse and so I went to urgent care, the first time ever. Everyone was very friendly and a ton of and caring. I had a very good experience there with my surroundings and the staff. The wait time to be seen and get x-rays was so minimal in comparison to a hospital setting. I would recommend this place hands-down.

I had a virus in the previous month, which resolved, but was left with some residual ear pressure, ear discomfort issues.   Not wanting to wait it out, I went to AFC urgent care.  I was treated politely, professionally, seen quickly, all staff took the time to listen, and I was not rushed in any way.  Kelli, Matt, and Sedona were all great, and would recommend this clinic as an option, when one might be in need of urgent care.   My situation was not an emergency, but bothersome, and not resolving on its own.  Problem was ear wax blockage and residual fluid behind the eardrum, and residual sinus inflammation, for which my ears were de-waxed, and also prescribed a steroid pack.   I would certainly use their services again if needed.

Efficient and professional clinic helped me to evaluate wrist injury on New Year’s Eve.

Everyone was polite and respectful, easy in easy out.

I arrived as the office opened and was seen within 10 minutes. I gave fluids, received an analysis, a consultation and a prescription within another 20. Everyone was caring and compassionate and I felt greatly supported. Thank you! By the way, your follow up message tells me this is a female-owned business but the listings when I searched online didn’t say this, so maybe you want to update the data so the public can see this?
