Wait time was very long.  Staff was very nice and apologetic.  Apparently doctor was conducting a procedure which is understandable.  Will go again.

Front desk young lady was absolutely lovely THANK YOU ! Dr listened and was informative, nurse and xray lady good. Follow up with results quick and I appreciate everyone.

Was able to book an immediate appointment on line.   Checked in and was seen by a doctor (Tracy Rene Goldberg). Immediately was tested to rule out Covid and flu an and b.  Doctor took the time to explain the sinus system and the need to address post nasal drip  suggested an OTC med and to drink plenty of goods and eat a healthy diet

Had an appt and waited over an hour before I was seen. There was nothing Urgent about this Urgent care and will not be going back.

My 7-month old daughter had a fever and was not able to be soothed. Since her pediatrician was closed we took her here. I booked and completed the check-in online while we drove there. The front desk woman was obviously having a bad day and was not professional at all. We waited for over an hour with our baby crying, and when I asked how much longer it could be the woman snapped at me saying that all the online appointment does is complete your paperwork and it’s not an actual appointment. We finally got called back and there was NO sense of urgency. We saw two separate nurses which took another half hour to plus until the doctor finally came in. These three women were very nice but I’m really not sure how experienced they were as there was a lot of fumbling around and going back and forth. My baby was diagnosed to have an ear infection. After two days of the prescribed medication and not getting much better, we took her to her pediatrician. It turns out she never had an ear infection, but something completely different. I would never return and sooner go to the ER.

Great office! Daughter hadn’t been feeling well the last few days. Diagnosed with a sinus infection. Friendly staff. Will be using in the future

You walk in with your sick child to be greeted by a rude receptionist. Then you walk over 1 1/2 to be seen. Then your son is scared to get swab they don’t need try to help get to done, sorry et don’t hold kids down. Complete waste of my time. Left without a diagnose.  Never will go there again.

I came in with a UTI and could not pee for 6 hours! Could not give a sample of my urine and asked if they could just give me the meds! I offered to come back with a urine sample! Thank you so much for taking such good care of me and I will be going there whenever I’m ill!

I walked in this morning and got registered in due time and was taken to see an NP in a short time. The staff is friendly and very efficient. I left with good instructions and scripts to combat the effects of bites by fire ants. I would definitely recommend this urgent care.
