Front Check in person not at all friendly. Other staff was very personable and helpful.

My provider was sincere, efficient and 100% spot on with my treatment. I was so sick.

I was up all night with chills/sweating for 5 nights in a row. I knew I had a bug but thought I could self remedy the situation. Finally I had enough. I did some research, and read the reviews. I went online to register and book my appointment. Everything was completed when I arrived. I was asked to pay my copay. Then I waited a very short amount of time. I was taken to a room where they took my vitals and brought another room where I again waited a short amount of time for the doctor. She was friendly and caring. The exam took 10-15 minutes. She gave me a prescription and off I went. I had a great experience!!

I got there a little after 8 in the morning. I was seen in about 10 minutes. The provider was very professional & friendly.  She told me what I needed to do with my coughing & post nasal drip issues. I was very appreciative of the care I received.

Booked my appointment online. No issues. Wait was no longer than 5 minutes. Prescribed what was needed to take care of my cough.

Wait time was a little longer than I thought given I reserved online. However all else was excellent. Probably need to explain what the potential wait time is when reserving online (i.e., 30 minutes from that time, 45 minutes, etc). Mine was about 45 which is better than average for urgent care.

Had a pre employment drug screening as a RN position. Everyone super nice and professional. Would recommend and return if health care is needed in the future.

Good experience overall. But scheduling a appt does not help with wait time. Next time will not schedule just walk in.

We brought our teenage son in for an injury from an electric scooter crash on Monday at 11:00am and used the online check in, which is convenient and allowed us to submit paperwork ahead of time. In the submitted information, it was clear we were in for an injury on both hands/wrists. I found it incredibly disappointing that we were not informed there was not an xray tech onsite that day due to the flu when we checked in at the facility and still were sent back for an exam without this information. Further, the doctor was very much wrong that it just seemed like a sprain but we could get an xray if we “wanted”. Because my mom gut told me the pain he was in was not just a sprain, we ended up at an ER facility within hours of this appointment for an x-ray. From the immediate physical exam, the doctor could tell the left wrist was broken and had concerns about the right thumb. X-rays confirmed this was the case for both. Next time, please inform your patients ahead of time if an xray tech is not available so they can make an informed decision on whether to continue to with the appointment - this not only wasted our time, money and insurance - it provided a disservice to the doctor and other waiting patients that could have utilized that time.
