Walked in because of trouble breathing and was put in a room to receive care right away, everyone was caring and attentive. Thank you all!

Everyone was very kind, friendly and helpful. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a walk in and I had gone previously to a walk in in Trumbull the Saturday before

Went to the walk-in center was fine, staff was great! Very friendly and showed great hospitality. Ive been there before all my information was in the system. They asked me me my provider was for my medication and I told them. They told me my prescription will be ready the day of when I went to the pharmacy at 9 PM.  They had no prescription ready for me. I went to the walk-in center for the purpose of getting access to healthcare immediately and to wait all day to get my medicine and not have it ready when I got there was very frustrating.

Kinda felt like the visit was a waste of time and money. I went there and told them person at the front that I took a pregnancy test a week ago and it was positive, then all of a sudden I was bleeding. So I wanted to know what was going on. I was charged $50 along with giving them my insurance card. When I went in to see the doctor he just confirmed I was pregnant and then referred me to the ER for further testing. So basically I paid $50 for a pregnancy test and that was it. Should have just went to the ER in the first place.

Everyone in there was very friendly. I was seen for my drug test very quickly. The woman who took my information at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The woman Christina who took my urine sample was very pleasant.

As a pregnant mom looking for help, I did not get all my questions answered. I did find out what I had, and every one was extremely polite snd friendly.

I was seen on 11/29/21 and had to do a follow up since my symptoms had worsen. Needless to say the following 2 days i went online @9:00am to be exact to find an telemedicine appointment for 11:21AM fast forward 3 hours later i called and was told i’ll receive a link once the doctor is ready. 30mins afterwards I drove to the location only to be told that the doctor will not be doing any telemedicine appointments and I would have to wait 2 hrs to be seen, I said okay I will will wait. Mind you this was @1:30 to be exactly now at 3:27 I’m still waiting for the so efficient buzzier to be rung and still no response. If you’re able to go somewhere else please do. I then decided to go to docs urgent care and got in within 20mins time. Ridiculous right!

Desiray at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful made me comfortable coming here and the staff was great as well too👍🏿
