The visit was an easy one, the problem for me is that I am still waiting for the prescription to be sent to the pharmacy. More than 24 hours later and still no prescription at the pharmacy for the antibiotics.

Was feeling sick and AFC was the closest to me at the time, checking was super fast. The staff was amazing and friendly, I feel like they listened with no judgement at all and treat me accordingly. Best place

The only thing that I didn’t like about my visit there it was that I had to wait almost 1 hour to see the doc they took long but probably I had to wait cause there was a lot of patients sick but other than that it was pretty nice

Everything was easy great helpful staff did phone sign in prior to arriving provider was very sufficient would refer anyone whom needs care to this facility

The doctors there are wonderful however, when scheduling I chose an available appointment time & was told later that I was not checked in until I got to the office & therefore had to wait over an hour before we were seen. I would recommend the doctors there, very patient & kind.

I’ve never had a problem with this location before, but lately the care has completely changed. Even on days when it isn’t busy, the staff seems checked out and rushed. The nurses or assistants have also become very rude  handing you papers without explaining anything, not listening, and acting like you’re an inconvenience even though you’re clearly sick. During my last visit, the “doctor” barely let me finish a sentence before he was halfway out the door. He treated me for one issue before the results were even back, but didn’t take the time to hear about the main problem I came in for. Because of that, I ended up needing to go to the ER for something that could’ve been handled at urgent care. And to make things worse, they didn’t even want to provide a simple work note for a few days, despite how sick I clearly was. The overall attitude and lack of care have gotten really disappointing.

I went in with throat pain, ear pain, chest burning when coughing. They took a covid, flu and strep throat test but that was it. They never checked my ears, throat nor breathing. My test came back negative. I'm in more pain today. I could have a respiratory infection or even a throat and or ear infection but they would not know as they never checked me.

have never ever been in an urgent care but couldn't b anymore satisfied!  thank you!

Very friendly staff. Wait time was not long at all. Easy check-in.
