Staff was so kind!  Came in miserable and everyone was very gentle and patient.  Had flu diagnosis in about 15 minutes and discharged shortly after to pick up Tamiflu and rest.

I have been taking my 3 kids to afc-Burke for about 1.5 years now with a constant 5 star review until yesterday. We were the first appointment of the day and had to wait for more than 30 min to be called in. The tech was excellent as always, but the physician Aria Ahmadzai seemed completely lost, she hardly spoke to my daughter, and discharged her because tests were negative. Didn't care to make her feel better, I had to ask what to do for her pain and terrible sinus congestion, "go give her some over the counter medicine". What a waste of time and money! Today my poor girl still feels terrible with a horrible ear pain because of the congestion, and having to breath through her mouth. I am sorry but this physician is terrible.

Unfortunately, there was no propercommunication between staff

The staff is so wonderful, from the front desk to the providers. I cannot say enough good things. The doctor even called to check on my daughter the following day. I would recommend to absolutely anyone.

The checking process needs to be streamlined and the verbiage is not concise. Having people scan and send PII and PEI information over a questionably secure environment is not good procedure. I could opt out of one but not the other. With the increase of data leaks this doesn’t leave end users with a good overall experience.

I walked in this morning, there were 2 patients waiting ahead of us. One hour and half passed by, I still have not seen by the provider. I couldn’t wait any longer. I was extremely tired and in pain. The clinic was very understaffed. This is urgent care clinic, but only one provider is working. I will not come back to this clinic again.

NP Hana is excellent and thorough and very professional

There was some kind of mixup/issue when the doctor sent in my prescription for amoxicillin so that scrip was not available from CVS when I arrived there at closing.  When I called the clinic after hours that same day, I left a message but no one returned my call and I could not get the scrip filled or go back to the office because I was on business travel for the week.  Still need the amoxicillin.

Went to a new facility in Burke. The staff was friendly and courteous. I was given a prescription as anticipated. I set up my appointment online, but when i got to the doctor’s, there was no record of my appointment. So the online system needs work.

They were closed. I booked two appointments online via Solv and got there just for them to be closed.
