There was some kind of mixup/issue when the doctor sent in my prescription for amoxicillin so that scrip was not available from CVS when I arrived there at closing.  When I called the clinic after hours that same day, I left a message but no one returned my call and I could not get the scrip filled or go back to the office because I was on business travel for the week.  Still need the amoxicillin.

Went to a new facility in Burke. The staff was friendly and courteous. I was given a prescription as anticipated. I set up my appointment online, but when i got to the doctor’s, there was no record of my appointment. So the online system needs work.

They were closed. I booked two appointments online via Solv and got there just for them to be closed.

Had a terrible pain in my chest and made an appointment online for 4:45pm. Drove there in pouring rain and when I arrived, not a minute after 4:45pm they seemed confused and said they close at 5pm. They said it’s just a reservation not an appointment. ??? I showed them my appointment and that it was confirmed and I will say the admin person was very polite and said she would check with the nurses. The nurses said they would take an Xray but would not read it, so better to come back tomorrow. Why have appointment slots available if they are too close to closing time? It was clear they just wanted to go home, but they need to coordinate their schedule to reflect a hard out at 5pm.

Scheduled an appointment online, did not receive any text or information other than a confirmation for my appointment-was told I was not in the system when we arrived, and had to do it again. Ended up waiting over an hour and left. The staff became very impatient with the patients in the waiting room.

We reserved an appointment for 8:4. We were not seen until 11:15. My child has autism, it was extremely frustrating

This place and staff is amazing! They are so helpful, patient, and friendly! Especially helpful with my kids too!
