The last time my two year-old had a cold we ended up in the ER and the hospital overnight so I wanted to be super proactive when he started coughing yesterday. I was able to make an appointment and register online quickly, so by the time I got there there was a two minute wait for me to go to the back of the baby. The doctor was very attentive and thorough and explained why she was prescribing what she was. She was also able to advise on family members upcoming visit and how long he would be contagious. This will be our new go to urgent care spot!

Dr. Byrd was absolutely awesome, listened well, addressed my concerns and communicated in a clear manner in a way i could understand. Staff was attentive and never did i get the impression I was just another number

Brought my 17 year old son in for feeling sick. Staff was very pleasant and we were in and out. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back when needed.

The day before Thanksgiving and no physical access to my primary physician who recommended I go to an Urgent Care as I was anticipating some travel in a few days.  A quick search on line led me to nearby AFC Urgent Care Casselberry.  Scheduling and registering was easily accomplished on line, and within a few hours I was in the office for my appointment.  The facility is new, good sized and attractive, and seemingly well equipped.  Office staff members were very pleasant and welcoming.  A medical assistant was very thorough in getting the details of my condition, and PA Shayla was generous with the time spent with me, examining, and providing me with good direction for my care and a prescription to deal with my current malady.  I absolutely recommend AFC Urgent Care Casselberry.

I was experiencing bad cold with severe chest congestion and cough. One call to AFC Urgent Care Casselberry provided me with the information and care I needed  and  I was able to get to the location quickly. All the of the staff I saw, receptionist, medical assistant/tech, & PA were very helpful, providing me the immediate attention that I needed. I had full medical exam of my symptoms and provided with oral tests for covid, flu, and strep, all which proved negative. A full chest x Ray series was next; results available in less than half hour. PA prescribed an antibiotic for pneumonia plus recommendations for over the counter items to aid in recovery, and steps on how to administer every thing.  AFC urgent care casselberry provided me with the immediate care I needed when care from my regular doctor office was unavailable. I would definitely recommend AFC Ugent Care Casselberry.

It was a warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The facility and equipment are new so it's like walking into a new house. I'm old school so I expected to fill out a bunch of paperwork and get my license and insurance card photo copied. Instead I did everything right from my phone. I was checked in immediately. I was seen just minutes after getting checked in. Although I have to say I was there when they opend the door. I am horrible with names so forgive me. The receptionist was genuinely happy and made me feel welcome. She took the extra step to explain to this old school about mobile check in. You can feel her kindness. The nurse was personable and I found her comfortable to talk to. Her precheck was thorough. We had a, Oh you are from there too, connection. Kinda like a past friend. The Dr was great. She listened. She was fully informed when she came in. She was very clear in her explaining. She was kind and I believe she genuinely wanted to help me. A few exams and a couple xrays. She gave me a complete explanation of the results and recommendations for the next step. I have been to a few of the "other" walk in care places and I highly recommend AFC. Highly! Now, see. It was so friendly quick and easy I forgot why I was there. Be Healthy Y'all

Pleasant experience for not feeling well. Staff was excellent, facility is very nice. Cost was about as expected. I will return if needed. Highly recommend.

The check in and wait time before I was seen took way longer than necessary. I was there for about 40 minutes before being seen, despite being the only person there. I went in for cold/flu symptoms, and the staff did not run a single test on me. They asked if I’m prone to sinus infections or allergies, and I said no. After just asking a few questions they said I had a sinus infection and prescribed medicine. Days later after still dealing with symptoms I went to a different provider that did an actual mouth swab and tests, who diagnosed me with a strain of flu and prescribed medication that should actually help. It seemed like the staff was having a slow day and didn’t want to take the time to deal with an actual patient. That said, the staff in general were nice, but I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to them for care.

Everyone that I came in contact with at this facility was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend trying this place.

The facility I went to is in Casselberry, FL and the staff was amazing.  Jackie, the front desk personnel, immediately knew I was in trouble and told me to wait for her to get someone to help me walk.  The P.E. Was fast to diagnose my dehydration AND positive Covid test.  IV were started in minutes.  Olivia stayed in my room the entire time and monitored my vitals every 15 minutes.  This will be my go-to place when my doctor is not available.
