Everything about AFC Urgent Care is great, I just wish I didn’t need to go so often (no fun being sick).  Scheduling is quick, and pre-checkin online works great and makes it so convenient when I show up at the facility.  Wait time in the waiting room was minimal, 5-6 minutes.  Staff is always professional and communication and care is next-level.  So glad I have this option, I know many don’t, so I genuinely appreciate such a good quality option for urgent situations.  Definitely recommended.

The staff was kind and efficient! The receptionist made check in easy. The doctor was thorough and took her time with me. I felt heard! I would highly recommend urgent care.

The staff here is great- check in, the tech/nurse and doctor were all very respectful, nice, gentle and fantastic. My boy had an issue with his foot- they took great care and put my boy at ease. He's not a fan of any medical facility - but he liked it here, and it was all to the great staff.

Frustrating that every time I come in I have to refill all pertinent and personal info out AGAIN. Don't they keep patient info on file? Bad enough trying to console sick children without having to fill out ALL info EVERY SINGLE TIME we visit urgent care....why can't they just keep it on file?!?!?!

Just needed a drug test for a new client. I got in easily and was attended to quickly. There was some confusion over my appt time, but it got sorted out and I got my test done right away, barely ten minutes. Good visit!

I thought the doctor and the doctors assistant were great. The doctor explained everything in full detail. She gave me paperwork. I thought she was really good and very professional and explained everything to me. She also talked to my daughter to ease her because she was a little upset and worried about me. I let the doctor Smith was excellent. I would go back to her in a minute for Care.

I had cold and larynges for 3 weeks, not wanting to be sick over spring break I headed to AFC. I was checked in, saw the nurse practitioner, had my prescriptions ordered and was out of the office in under 45 minutes.  Very efficient and friendly staff!

My experience was very positive!  The staff was helpful and considerate!  Rebecca, the NP was exceptional!  I am also a Nurse Practitioner, so I can be very judgmental!  See was very compassionate, complete and knowledgeable! I will recommend this facility to others!
