I had an appointment at 8:30 was not seen till 9:30 and that was by the nurse who was also the front desk staff. She gave me a strep test that was positive and told me the Dr. will be in any minute. I eventually left at 10:30 and the doctor was stilll not in. She eventually called in my prescription at 12. I would never go back based on this experience

My experience at this clinic was great! I scheduled a same day appointment and arrived early about an hour early and was seen within 10 minutes of checking in. The front office assistant and MAs were very personable and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor provided me with helpful resources for my problem. Thank you!

Pros: + pleasant receptionist + kind nurse Cons: - doctor didn't review symptoms with me, didn't examine anything, didn't help me make decisions regarding testing - results promised in a couple of days; tested on Wednesday the 8th, I called in Friday, Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday with no results. They said they'd be the ones to give me a call, but Wednesday and Thursday passed with no communication. - was in pain and scared, so ended up going to a doctor, getting tested, and getting results in 36 hours. - called Friday the 17th, asked for a refund because services were not rendered and I had to spend more money to go get the same test at a different place. 30 minute phone call and was put on hold 5 times with no help and no resolution. I've disputed the charge with my bank and I actively discourage people from visiting here. get more thoughtful care and actual help elsewhere.
