I didn’t schedule any appointment, I had just walked into the building and checked myself in. There were no lines, no wait, and no issues at all! The staff over at the front desk were very kind, and the nurse was amazing! They took great care of me and the doctor that had seen me was very quick and to the point. I loved the visit and would visit there anytime and any day! 100% would recommend this provider. Thank you to the amazing staff over at this location!

I was a walk in this afternoon at the Ballantyne location and everyone was exceptionally professional and polite and proactive. I am impressed with their level of concern in their care and I am very pleased they could quickly resolve my medical problem. the receptionist was also very helpful and pleasant and informative. Next time I have an urgent medical need  I will certainly use AFC urgent care again.

After dealing with some ear issues throughout the night, I woke up and decided I wanted to be seen. I was able to easily get a time to be seen as one of the first times available after opening. The wait time was short, the staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, and I was able to be in and out in less than an hour! Highly recommend to anyone who needs to an urgent care!

I didn’t schedule beforehand and just walked in. Had some info I had to fill out and then waited to be brought back. I was there longer than I had hoped, but not as long as I’ve waited prior at urgent cares. The office was very clean, staff very nice. I was happy with my choice

Always wonderful. We waited less than 10 minutes and we were out within 30 minutes. Always excellent staff, from front desk to nurses to providers. I drive past three other urgent cares on my way to this one because it is so easy, fast and provides great care. Thank you!
