I had an injury to my knee from a week prior and came in to get it checked out. It was easy to schedule and fairly easy to check in. After being called back, the woman who did my triage was great. The PA Stephen was in shortly and was fantastic in both the quality of care and bedside manner. Took about 10 minutes from the time of seeing him to go get x-rays taken and get the results, and he made sure all of my concerns were addressed and resolved to the best of his ability. The entire visit took about an hour to check in, get triaged, see the PA, have x-rays, and see the PA again for results. If I ever need another urgent care visit, this is where I'll be going.
