I woke up at 5:00a and my throat was on fire, the first thing I did was search for an Urgent Care that I could go to as soon as possible. Your facility was the only one ( I found) that opened as early as 7:30 and you had great reviews. We were there at 7:30, it was not open yet, but we were able to get they took my vitals, spoke with the Dr.  she diagnosed what was happening; I received 2 prescriptions, and today I started to feel much better. Thank you for excellent service.

Scheduling and checking in were easy and efficient. The staff member getting my vitals did not greet me and was not very friendly. Working in Healthcare, i understand the stress and exhaustion of the end of the shift, but bedside manner is important. The provider care was great though.
