Staff was absolutely awesome. I was able to be seen in a timely and efficient manner. Provider put my worries at ease after taking vitals & prescribing what was needed to ease my ongoing pain.

I woke up this morning with a suspected UTI- was able to quickly and easily get an appointment with the wonderful AFC Urgent Care in South Charlotte. Check in with Tatiana was efficient and very friendly. She was able to  quickly verify  my insurance. I saw the medical tech iafter a very short wait who took my vitals and later easily took blood. Doctor Gabriel was very informative and nice. He answered all my questions and was very patient and caring. This is truly a wonderful place!

Came here as a walk in because another medical center botched my appointment and they were able to save the day for me and do the necessary work I needed on the same day. Everything was excellent. Front Staff, office cleanliness, doctors and nurses A+.

My reason for coming to Urgent Care was, I thought I had"gout" in my foot. A very nice lady doctor said I had contracted a very bad infection from a bug bite earlier in the month. I was amazed how at the timely professional service. I had to return a second time within the same week because the first meds I was prescribed didn't work for my type infection. Costly, without insurance. Nevertheless, my first and second visits were outstanding. Very friendly, welcoming staff, ready to help; left me with a positive memorable experience for my first time at any Urgent Care office. Highly recommend this location. Thank you.

Was unable to get an appointment with primary physician and was seen in a short period of time. Everyone from the receptionist to the MD were very friendly courteous and caring. They took their time to diagnose and treat. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for urgent care needs. We are return customers.

Had swelling from a cat scratch and was worried about an infection. They were able to get me in quickly. The staff was wonderful and made my visit as pleasant as could be.

Everyone was very friendly and caring.   Only problem was waited a pharmacy for 2 hours before my RXs were sent over.   Pharmacy kept checking their computer but nothing came to them .  Then 2 RXs were sent over I had to call AFC for the 3rd time to have 3 RX sent.  I am not sure where the communication broke down.   I have been there several times and will go back but very upset about wait time at Pharmacy.
