The Nurse Practitioner was rude and said at first she didn’t know what I wanted from her or why I was there. Made me feel bad and stupid for coming in with a fractured rib with new complications. As if I was some pain pill seeker. Before I even spoke to her. The rest of the staff was kind and considerate. I was thankful she did help me but you shouldn’t ever judge someone. Before they even speak. If she had all my medical info she would have seen that never been the case. She needs some classes in bed side manners that the other staff clearly has

I miss Dr. Ballard but the PA I saw was really good! Also, my insurance has an HRA. The front desk staff acknowledged the HRA and charged me accordingly. Most places don't want to even acknowledge the HRA.

With the experiences of choosing this service since 2021 to determine if I had the “C” Virus and recently in December to verify the at-home test that I was not contagious any longer after after battling it for over 3 wks!  Now just dealing with the after effects but have decided this Clinic is my primary “go-to” source for initial diagnosis!    I was blessed to find them!
