The lobby and check in process was Great. All the way up till the np came in. She argued with me on tests that I wanted preformed, told me it costs a lot, and that she wasn’t a primary care office. Although I know both of these things and came to her because my primary care office was closed and did not care about the cost.  I feel that shouldn’t have been in conversation unless I brought it up. I was symptomatic for the test and wanted a more depth look, she told me it wasn’t necessary because I just generally have Covid and it’s normal to “be wonky”…. I understood that but my symptoms were severe and I wanted more testing due to medications I was on, drastic changes in my body, and overall peace of mind. She basically dismissed all of these things. And even told me dark urine is normal. - given that I drank 2100 ml of water and electrolytes in a days time and still hard dark urine she told me it’s cause I have a runny nose and that means I need drink more water that I am …..??????  Overall I feel there was vast stupidity involved. Don’t recommend.

My son had fever and not feeling well. I walked in and we did not have to wait in the waiting area but less than 5 minutes, and same in the room. In and out in probably 30 minutes or less. The staff were all nice and attentive. We are from out of town so nervous about seeing someone we did not know or a new place we were not familiar with, but we enjoyed our visit and would return if in the area again and needed an Urgent Care. Thank you to the staff and the provider.

Down here on vacation and had been super sick the last 3 days. Finally decided I needed to be seen and get some medicine. All of the staff were friendly! Rachael suggested a steroid shot and some antibiotics. The nurse who did my shot did fantastic!! Barely even felt it! Within 24 hours and I’m feeling a ton better and will be able to enjoy the rest of my vacation! Thank you!
