The waiting was long.only one provider and so many patients.so weird how they ask for ur bank card. They can’t really do anything because they don’t have all the exam tools like x-ray or ultrasound. I have Masshealth and Fallon but the medicine they prescribed me doesn’t cover it I have to pay out of pocket.

The care in Chelmsford was excellent! However, I wish I could schedule online through the desktop website. I did find scheduling through Solv, on my phone but it was only after I was at the facility. Staff were extremely helpful and transparent about cost since I was self pay with no insurance. Staff went above and beyond to answer questions before I was even seen and the front office staff were so nice and caring. The doctor was kind and efficient. Had a horseback riding accident that left me with a sizable laceration on my leg. Drove myself to AFC and was in and out with 7 stitches in 45 minutes. Everyone was sweet and helpful. Nurse Practitioner Emily Zielinski was skilled, efficient, and kind. I would definitely recommend this provider.
