I came in to get a covid test after feeling covid symptoms and having o friend I recently spent time with tell me she tested positive for covid. I had to wait for about 2.5 hours, but that is no fault of the clinic and is just because it’s the end of January and everyone is sick this time of year and a lot of people were waiting in front of me. After I was called in, I took a covid test, it came back positive, they gave me instructions and a doctor’s note and I was on my way very quickly.

Scheduling was perfect for me in the last 2 weeks and now 2nd visit, walk in and hours really helped. Check-in a bit redundant. Once we check the boxes and sign all the forms next time we have to do it again?  Staff are attentive and thorough. Care is better than waiting 6 hours+ at my own hospital. Thank you and though I hate being sick, glad to know you are available.
