Woke up with a sore throat & fever and drove to the location.  The wait was over an hour however I was able to wait in my car and they called me when they were ready to see me.  This allowed me to be able to charge my phone and relax and not have to worry about wearing a mask while I waited.  The staff was courteous, professional and personable.  I would definitely go there again. ❤️

I came in with an issue related to a pre existing condition and Dr.Paschkes didn’t take the time to listen to me or my concerns. He misdiagnosed me and had me taking unnecessary medication that treated something completely different. I’m glad common sense told me to make an appointment with my PCP as soon as I got into the parking lot. Though the facility was under staffed, the other employees were very calm and kind. Based on my experience with this particular doctor, I will not be returning.

This was my second visit for an urgent issue.   Couldn’t expect any better care.

I was clearing a fence line over the weekend and started feeling itchy a couple of days later and realized something I was clearing must of been in with some kind of poison something and the Dr prescribed some steroid crème and tablets to help me get rid of it much thanks to the Dr.

The staff and physician was very courteous, they answered my questions and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Optum to anyone in need of healthcare.

Recently travel overseas I had travelers sicknees stomach ace head ace and was running to the bathroom all night Dr prescribe antibiotics and liquid diet feeling much better

Made an appointment through my employer for pre employment bloodwork. When I got there the woman at the front desk could not find my appointment and I had to show her my screenshot. I was the first to arrive but two others went back before me. Staff is friendly but unable to get blood which resulted in 4 sticks. One woman said they’re “not a lab and don’t do this everyday”

Dr. Ben saved my life. On a previous visit, he sent me to the ER and it was discovered that I had early stage lung cancer. If it wasn’t for his expertise, I would remain undiagnosed until the cancer spread. I am very grateful to him for his wonderful care and compassion.

Was able to book an appointment days before the date and when I arrived they were closed without any type of message to let me know they were not open.

Walked in without appt and was still taken care of within 20 minutes. Everyone there super nice and caring I guess but would send my friends and family there.
