Professional-ease of checking in 100% I felt like I was listening to and had a good response.

I appreciate the everyone who worked today! This is my second time coming here. The wait time is a little longer than normal due to respiratory infection season. However, everyone was so friendly. Ivory and the doctor (I forgot his name; I was very out of it) were so attentive and patient with me. This is my favorite urgent care.

I was very sick and on the verge of passing out and vomiting. Receptionist was more concerned about me filling out forms. I managed to do that then let her know I was passing out and short of breath. I woke up and staff helped me in wheelchair and called ambulance. I will not return!

Scheduling was easy but the place is so busy I needed to schedule for next day. The office staff was helpful. The nurse was friendly and helpful. The doctor was excellent! He took the time to listen to my medical history. He prescribed a very helpful Rx. Yes I would recommend this provider.

The check-in/wait time was AWFUL! My appointment was scheduled for 1:50PM and I didn’t get to my private room until 2:42PM. Had to sit in the small lobby with other ill patients hacking and sneezing without covering their mouths. The provider was ok, but I’ll try to make sure I don’t ever have to go back to this clinic.

Waited over an hour for an appointment addressed issue with front staff said I was next in line. Lied to me and someone who walked in after me went ahead of me with an appointment. What is the point of making an appointment if y’all will not follow it.

The key is to make an appointment and schedule your time if you can. Also fill out your paperwork on line this saves time and makes everything go faster. I have always received quality care and service. Thanks once again.

I called and got a scheduled appointment and walked in and was seen with professional curtis and it helped me to get my health impacted, Thank you Donney Hutchings

The two ladies at the front were very nice and helpful. The lady that took me back and did all vitals and asked all the questions was amazing. The Dr. Was friendly fast and I am already feeling 10 times better after my visit yesterday.

I’ve been here before so I don’t understand why I had to fill out all the paperwork again.   The wait was long but there were lots of people there so I understand.  All staff were very nice and my PA did a great job because he took time with me and answered all of my questions.
