I have always had great care here but last night was a little frustrating. I made an appointment for 5:45pm. I got called back in a timely fashion but sat in waiting room for over an hour and then when I inquired about wait they said 3 patients were still ahead of me so I ended up leaving and not being seen. I understand wait times but don't make appointments if wait time is that long. Thank you.

After dealing with a fever & a cough for 4 days I had enough and decided to get myself checked out. Scheduling an appointment was quick & easy. Filling out all of the forms online before even leaving the house, even better. The staff were all very friendly and informative. The visit was pretty quick and they got me set up with some medication to take care of my fever.  I will definitely go back to them in the future.

Had sore throat and body ache and the wait time was very short. I just had to fill my forms. They saw me right away. Nice doctors and nurses but the clinic was so dirty under the patient bed. There was some nasty stuff.

The dr basically didn’t do anything for me. I wish he would have taken an x ray to see what’s going on but nope not at all. Gave me a bandaid and steroids. I needed answers

This was my first visit to this location, and the staff was quick, informative, and friendly. I usually stick with my preferred urgent care center, but AFC has gained a new client.

This was my first time visiting AFC Urgent Care. I walked in without scheduling an appointment and I was able to set up my account and check-in immediately. The service I received from the entire staff was extremely friendly and professional. The care I received was accurate and efficient. My overall experience was quick and easy. I will definitely go back to them for future needs and I would recommend them to everyone!

That's why I love this service, they do not waste ur time and you are in and out in a short amount of time

My grandson had a cough ,fever,sore throat and sinus. Couldn't get him into his pediatrician so was urged to go to an Urgent Care . I remember seeing this AFC across the street from our Kroger pharmacy at Town Lake and decided to take him in. Filled out paperwork and waited minutes and then was seen. Everyone was nice and the Dr. was good. We will be back. He had the start of strep throat starting. Gave him antibiotics and doing good on day 3. Thanks

It was easy to make an appointment. However I checked in on the Solv app and did not realize I also had to check in with the desk.  The girl at the desk saw me sitting there for more than 20 minutes and never said anything or acknowledged me. That was frustrating.  The doctor/nurse was very nice.

Never coming back here. There are way better urgent cares in Cypress
