I’ve been to this location for years and have never experienced anything like I did yesterday. The nurse practitioner Robert bui was awkward and didn’t even do a full exam. I had to request he check my breathing and ears. He gave minimal medication despite requesting something to help me feel better quickly. He refused to offer a steroid when I was in pain and struggling to breathe and talk. His advice was to basically wait it out and suffer for 3-5 days and give them a call back if I wasn’t better by then. Absolutely ridiculous. The other staff tried to help me with the matter but overall said they couldn’t override his orders.  My family will not be returning to any afc urgent care since they employ this nurse practitioner who rotates to different campuses.

My family and I have been going to AFC since they opened with no issues ever. Scheduling is also easy, quick and wait times are excellent. The day after Thanksgiving I scheduled and was in and out within and hour or less. They always call after to check on how you are doing which is nice to make sure meds are working. Would highly recommend even for kids.
