This was the 3rd Urgent Care I visited that day in Dalton. The first didn’t do X Rays, the second had a weird billing requirement and required my authorization for them to charge my credit card and just weren’t professional so I went across the street to AFC. I got right in. They were awesome. Explained everything in detail about my wound and what turned out to be a broken ankle. I work in healthcare administration and would love to hire each of the staff I encountered at AFC. I don’t know how to give a bigger compliment. I live out of state and appreciated the service I got. If I wasn’t in pain I would’ve gone back to the other place across the street and told those in the waiting room they should leave and go to AFC!

The ladies are great. I wish AFC they could be my primary Drs. Great bed side manner.

Scheduling online was super easy. Check in was quick. Staff was very professional and friendly. Care given was just what I needed, quick yet thorough.

Two of my sons were sick. I was able to easily schedule the appointments and have them seen by doctors. The wait once we got in the back was a little long, but to be expected with so many people being sick. The staff from the front receptionist to the nurse and doctor were exceptional. The receptionist treats all the patients with so much respect and goes over and beyond assisting with getting us checked in. The nurse checked on us to make sure we ok while we waited. The doctor took very good care of my boys and they are both already starting to feel better. I give them a 10 out of 10!!!

The front desk personnel is too Notch and keeps me coming back. The physician I had my second visit was wonderful. I highly recommend this clinic all the way around.

Had been feeling a little under the weather for 2 days and finally decided to go in. To the point of checking in to taking to the back always friendly. Front desk lady is always lovely! & the nurse practitioner was very kind too. Love going to this place it’s always welcoming and fast. Thank you guys !

Another good experience at AFC! The front staff was wonderful, as well as the nurse, X-ray technician and Doctor. This was our second time seeing Lacey this week! Definitely recommend this office and provider!

Glad we chose AFC! My son was not feeling good at all and they got us in and out in under an hour! We spent probably about 30 mins at the office! The front desk staff, nurse and doctor were very nice and caring! Thank you AFC !
